EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope you're delighted with your order. If you're not perfectly satisfied you may return items within 14 days. Please note, return numbers must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 7 days to return unsuitable items. Returns received after the 14 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Email email@example.com to request a return.
2. You will be sent an email containing your returns number.
3. Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your returns number is clearly written on the receipt.
4. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns number will not be accepted.
5. You will need to arrange a return of the item(s ) to us at your own cost. We recommend that you use a courier that offers shipment tracking/insurance services and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
The products you return must be in a new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.
Siobhan Molloy is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner set forth above and we cannot accept responsibility for packages until we are in possession of them. Your statutory rights as a customer remain unaffected.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
There is no charge to exchange items for a different size; however exchanges are subject to stock availability, and if a different product is desired you will need to place this as a new order. Please refer to the Returns policy above for how to make an exchange. If you are unsure on sizes please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to advise.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
